Returns & Refund Policy

At Lash Collective, we want you to love your purchase. If you’ve received a damaged item or are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us right away at shop.lashcollective@gmail.com. We’re happy to offer an exchange or refund for eligible products returned within 14 days of purchase (exclusions apply).


 

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.


 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Lash extensions

  • Adhesives

  • Disposable products (e.g. lash brushes, eye pads)

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable digital products


 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified via email regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days (processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider).

Please note: Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds.


 

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same one, please email us at shop.lashcollective@gmail.com to arrange the return and receive instructions.


 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once your return is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift or was sent to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.


 

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please contact shop.lashcollective@gmail.com for the return address.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

For returns over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
