Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Receive free shipping for orders over $100 (Canada) and  $75 (United States), excluding taxes.

Fulfillment

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days Monday to Friday. Orders placed on the weekend will be processed and shipped the following Monday.

Domestic Shipping

Domestic standard shipping times may take 2-10 business days depending on the customer's location.

International Shipping

Domestic standard shipping times may take 4-10 business days depending on the country.  Lash Collective is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns + Exchanges

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase or have received damaged products, please contact us immediately at shop@lashcollective.shop.  We will be happy to issue a refund for unopened/unused products within 14 days (excluding adhesives).  Please allow 3-5 business days for your payment to be returned to your account.

Lash Collective will not issue a return postage and is the customer's sole responsibility.
